Band marks one year anniversary of 'Paper Gods' with new video co-starring Kiesza

Duran Duran celebrated the one-year anniversary of their latest LP Paper Gods by dropping the new video for "Last Night in the City," a standout from the pop rock group's 2015 LP.

The video, directed by Nick Egan and Snorri Bros, combines concert video and behind-the-scenes footage from Duran Duran's tour in support of Paper Gods with overlays of New York streets, bright neon lights and the band's festive crowds. Kiesza, the singer who guests on the album version of "Last Night in the City," appears alongside Simon Le Bon onstage in the video.

The video essentially captures the vibe Duran Duran aims for with their live shows. "Some bands are really happy with being a band that people have to sit down and get stoned to, until they're flat on their backs," Le Bon told Rolling Stone in August 2015. "But you know, I like to get people up and dancing. There's a lot to be said for being a party band. It's a hell of a lot of fun."
